Ernest (“Ernie”) was born in 1960 in Los Angeles, California and received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from UCLA in 1983 and his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in 1986. He has been admitted to both State and Federal courts since 1987. Ernie began with the firm as a law clerk in 1984.
